Two Frenchman on one Stage!

Is the De Dietrich stage large enough for Sydney's two Frenchmen about town? Absolutely - The last day of an event like Taste is always the most fun - everyones relaxed, having fun and a guest chef comes to visit. The Vincent and Manu double act was no exception - lots of laughs, Vincent wearing meringue (yes Manu tipped it on his head) and Manu the cheeky frenchman. All in all a fabulous event Taste,  looking forward to 2012!

An it Begins - Taste of Sydney

After weeks of preparation Taste of Sydney finally begins - Firstup a fab cocktail party where as you can see a cool lineup of Sydneys hottest chefs  - Vincents dead centre in the middle of all the action. We provided some yummy dessert canapes - bebeclairs and palet d'argent (chocolate with silverleaf).  After a quick celebratory champagne, it was off to the De Dietrich Appliance stand to host the first of our two demonstrations with Vincent's new product and Michelle and Sofia as the "backing group". A fabulous start to the show - one day done and three to go - loving it!!!
