Its Starting to Feel A Lot like Christmas

I think that is a song - yes with all the excitement with Masterchef Live we almost forgot to show you our prettiest Christmas product - Our Patisse Gingerbread House. A big merci to Patrick who has spent many hours labouring away to make these gorgeous treats - tres jolie! 

Vincent takes on Zumbo!!!

The noisest session at the Bakery & Sweet Treat Feature this weekend was Vincent's team taking on Adriano's team on Sunday afternoon. Lots of noise, creativity and excitement made for a fantastic session. Decorating a Patisse Buche de Noel we found some budding pastry chefs in our midst!

I think we need to get Tshirts - Vincent Gadan is a Pastry God!!!!
(I do have to say Emily you do look very cute in your top even though you were on the oppositions team)

Our hands on Classes at Masterchef Live proved so popular we had to pair people up so that instead of 20 participants we could take 40!

Vincent & Bill - our Hands on Double Act!

Whilst I was hosting the Guest Chefs, Vincent and Bill were hosting a series of fun, interactive half hour sessions. From Macaroon tree building, to decorating a Buche de Noel to the creating with the Famous Eclair it was a fun day for all our participants. In between journalists and TV Crews, Vincent displayed his usual French charm and Bill as always, the perfect MC.

Patisse At Masterchef Live







Well today was the first of three days at Masterchef Live. I had the great priviledge to host 3 amazing Guests Chefs - Anna Gare (Judge on Kids Masterchef), Christine Manfield from Universal and the amazing Peter Gilmore from Quay Restaurants. Each session was only half an hour however in that time each chef managed to convey their passion for pastry! Annas was rustic, Christines amazing and Peters dessert of 7 chocolates - just mindblowing!

The Kylie Eclair has arrived!!!!!!!!!!!


With massive thanks to the gorgeous Kylie Minogue, Patisse will on Friday release The Kylie Eclair. For 3 days only at Masterchef Live come and visit us as we host the Bakery & Sweet Treat Feature for a Hands On Class with Vincent or to watch Guest Chefs do Demo's with Michelle.

Then stop by our stand just across the way and try the amazing Kylie Eclair.  Kylie looking divine on the Eclair -  dressed by Dolce & Gabbana - tasting of white chocolate and milk chocolate - don't miss out - its for 3 days only.
