Patisse At Masterchef Live







Well today was the first of three days at Masterchef Live. I had the great priviledge to host 3 amazing Guests Chefs - Anna Gare (Judge on Kids Masterchef), Christine Manfield from Universal and the amazing Peter Gilmore from Quay Restaurants. Each session was only half an hour however in that time each chef managed to convey their passion for pastry! Annas was rustic, Christines amazing and Peters dessert of 7 chocolates - just mindblowing!
